Please use the following forms and follow all
instructions, returning your documentation to Christine
Geiger as soon as you can. Hand delivered at a troop
meeting is best -- but you can mail them to 714 Salem
Street in Groveland if you like.

Summer Camp is just around the corner, and our
documentation HAS to be submitted to the DWC on time.
